All shipping charges are for the continental United States only. Shipping charges outisde this region will be handled on a per order basis.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All orders can be canceled up to the point of shipment.

MONEY BACK GUARANTEE / REFUND POLICY

All merchandise may be returned within 7 days from the receipt of product(s) for a refund.
A return authorization number is required for all returns. A 20% restocking fee will apply.
These terms apply to all refunds.
Customers must inform EPAKS, Inc. of any order discrepancy within 7 days from the invoice date so that we may
investigate and resolve the situation accordingly.

DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED AND/OR INCORRECT SHIPMENTS

Any incorrect and/or damaged shipments can be returned for a full refund within 7 days from the receipt of product(s) for refund.
A return authorization number is required for all returns of this nature.

RESTOCKING FEE

A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns for refund.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.

All credit cards will be charged by EPAKS, Inc.
